My name is Paul Doocey. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and I am the owner of Commit Fitness. In this time, I have noticed how people didn’t seem to change body shape even with regular gym sessions. When looking into the detail, I started teaching different classes including boxing and circuit training.
The classes I taught were intense and included body weight exercises mixing it up with weight training, cycling and running. I quickly noticed that the people who stuck it out and attended all my classes started to change body shape and become much stronger and fitter.
Another massive achievement from one of our Commit Fitness members Matt Ward. Yesterday he completed the 100 Ultra Marathon – well done Matt for even considering to take part in this huge challenge let alone completing it 🙂
Here is the team ready to take on the 60+ miles for the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride! Fortunately the weather was perfect, so no rain for once! Well done team for completing it – ready for another challenge?!
