Workout of the day

These Workout of the Day or WOD’s as they are most commonly known are designed to prepare the body for greater fitness by not focusing on any one discipline. Each day is a new adventure focusing on heart and lung endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, balance and agility. These workouts are tough but they are a very efficient and effective way to achieve a higher level fitness. They are challenging, motivating and competitive but most importantly provide variety to maintain interest.

Don’t worry though if you haven’t trained for a while – the classes have been especially designed for beginners to train alongside the advanced and elite members. Everyone has to start somewhere but the WOD’s ensure everyone gets a thorough workout!

The workouts are different every day, incorporating various exercises, weight and reps, ensuring that all muscles are worked throughout the week. This helps guarantee results because your body is in a constant state of guesswork. Working on strength, conditioning and cardiovascular fitness, sometimes all at once these workouts will change your body!
