We run 5 coached classes per day, Monday–Friday, and weekend sessions too. With no more than 12–15 members per session, you’ll get plenty of personal attention. Classes include:

Open Gym Access
Members can use the gym outside of class times for their own training during set open gym hours. It’s your space when the floor’s free.
