Hi All! I’m not going to bore you too much about myself – you can come down and meet me in person and make your own mind up!
I have been participating in some form of exercise since I was 14 years old and can honestly say, I have never had more than one week away from doing some form of training. Some say I am an exercise addict!
As a teenager I was The British and European Powerlifting Champion and always try to excel in any sport I try out. I love walking, talking, training hard (well, exceptionally hard!), weight training, running, cycling, squash, tennis, boxing……the list goes on! I pretty much love all sports apart from swimming – this I need to practice on some more!
I have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years instructing in both private and local authority gyms. I have vast experience working with people with varying ages and levels of fitness abilities, from absolute beginners, people with health concerns and injuries to pro athletes.
My extensive list of qualifications includes:

Skills

  • Level 1-3 Fitness Instructor
  • Level 3 GP Referral Instructor
  • Level 3 Disability Instructor
  • Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor
  • First Aid Qualification
  • Drug & Alcohol Practitioner
  • Level 2 Nutritional Awareness
  • Level 1-2 Triathlon Coach

Amongst my skill set I specialise in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation. Although most would agree that the sessions I teach are tough, they are tailored for all abilities in order to gain the desired results and to maximise each individuals potential. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals.

Paul
